Conference Room

Shorewood Community and Event Center may be scheduled for use by individuals or groups on a rental basis. We have a full commercial kitchen available for use. You may bring your own food and beverages, or we can supply you with a list of caterers. The center is wifi enabled and can accommodate a variety of events.

Dining Room

The largest room in the community center is the Dining Room and can be divided into two spaces with a divider. This area is furnished with tables and chairs to accommodate 175 people. For large conferences and seminars the room can be set-up to accommodate approximately 200 people.

Commercial Kitchen

A full Commercial Kitchen (over 300 sf)  featuring a stainless center island, double convection ovens, gas oven/range, ample work surfaces, dishwasher and more is available for rental with or without facility rental. The kitchen is certifiec by the Minnesota Department of Health for commercail rental.

Activity Room

The Activity Room can be used for smaller parties of 30-60 people. It is a perfect room for business meetings, activities, seminars and conferences. The activity room offers built-in room dividers available to create smaller, more private rooms.

Conference Room

The Conference Room is perfect for smaller meetings, group gatherings and seminars. The Conference Room can accommodate 20-25 people around its oval shaped table, or can be set up theater style. A large screen televsion is mounted for use with a laptop computer, flashdrive or using internet access.

Payment

Rental payments or deposits $400 and less can be paid with a credit card online. Payments over $400 may be paid by check or online with a checking account/routing number.
